Emulators offer so much more and VC injects are smooth but offer nothing of benefit tbh. I HAD to put this out there bc people just don’t know what others are looking for with emulation. I’m under the assumption that you’re on a “New” console though, as obviously performance may vary from what console you use. For the hell of it, heres two frames that Ive converted to an MPO, you should be able to view it in 3D by opening this issue in the 3DS browser. a freaking calculator can run NES so expect lots from retro arch. Also, any frameskipping would send the effect straight to hell, so it might be best to either: disable frameskip entirely, or only skip even numbers of frames in order to keep from losing the effect. SNES performance varies, I don’t use it that much but Mario world ran fine on it. AND you can close your DS to put it into proper sleep mode. You can play a wide range of games without a Nintendo 3DS console using this program, which mimics the consoles graphic system and. But recent Nintendo games may not be available to you. R4 3DS Emulator gives users access to a number of Nintendo 3DS titles.

For GBA, some games don’t run at full speed but tbh it has more options and settings than VC ever will. An ideal emulator for playing Nintendo 3DS games on a PC. For DS, don’t set the mode to DSi as a lot of games (like Pokémon) won’t load. Retro arch is your go-to for NES, I use SNES9x for SNES, mGBA for GBA and TWiLight Menu ++ for DS. To be honest with everyone using injects- that’s shit and makes me mad so here are MY personal preferences. I used to think that I would have to do VC Injects for my GBA games because mGBA is horrible but I just used TwilightMenu++'s built-in GBA function and the games work just fine. But yeah, VC Injects are just too tedious if you're trying to put have hundreds of games in your 3ds. One day I'll do it legitimately when I have a long enough break). I won't lie that I have used them in the past to get through certain stages or bosses (namely Ninja Gaiden on NES because I just didn't have enough time between college to keep dying over and over and over. I only use save states whenever I need to immediately stop playing a game because I have other responsibilities to take care of. Also, if you use save states because you keep dying a lot then that just means you need to get good at the game.
WHICH SNES9X FOR 3DS DOWNLOAD
I like to just download everything and have the entire library on the emulator instead of having them all over the place. Well, when you have entire libraries of games for nes, snes, gba, gb, gbc, ds, etc, you're not gonna take the time to make them all into VC Injects.
